Rental principles
Duration à la carte: you decide!
The villas can be rented separately or together (complete estate), for the period of your choice. The price lists are given for a few typical periods, but any other duration is possible, according to your wishes.
- Week: 7 consecutive days, Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday - Mid-Week: package for 3 nights, weekdays - Weekend: package for 2 nights, Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon
Additional costs
Additional charges apply to all rentals:
- A cleaning, linen and bed-making package on arrival(85 € for the Lavande and Acacia villas, 110 € for the Tilleul villa) is applied per house and per stay, in addition to the rent. - The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the Communauté de communes du Parc des Baronnies, is €1.15 per adult per night.
Groups booking the whole estate have access to the Summer Kitchen and all its equipment, in addition to the 3 villas. This communal space is perfect for cooking and eating together... The "Domaine complet" rate includes rental of the summer kitchen.
